Sandiwara Malaysia

When a group of friends go on a holiday or embark on a business deal, the best co-operation and preparation for the trip is ensured for a memorable holiday. Being "close friends", we comfortably wrap our arms around them besides eating together, staying together, travelling together and in short a cohesive unit. That's brothers in arms! But people talk about it lah! Correct ... correct....correct!

The problem arises when one of this friend gets into a "shitty" hole, everyone he knows suddenly disowns him (whether for real or play-act) and he is suddenly all alone fighting for his dear life. It is also at this moment he realises that the so-called close friends had decided to abandon friendship (for a moment, perhaps). His friends might say "He is drunk!", "He is mad!", "I don't really know him but bump into him during holidays from the start till the end!" and everything else would be in a state of denial or best of all memory lapse. Correct .... correct ..... correct!

As the saying goes, it takes another bigger mad man or drunkard to recognise another! With old age, memory lapse sets in but could still remember some much detail facts though "looks like me". Correct ..... correct ...... correct!

He says he was "bull-shitting" and play acting! Such was the script of the play and had everyone looking like fools.

It is at this moment, he found out that everything was going against him. These friends, whom had vowed to be comrades to the end (should everything goes well) finally says "you're on your own my friend"!. Correct ..... correct ...... correct!

Then as a desperate measure of survival (or pre-planned escape route) everyone goes into an act of denial so that no one gets "hurt". As the saying goes "birds of a feather flock together", they were all singing the same tune and managed to manouvre their way out of the "entrapment". Correct ..... correct ...... correct!

Once this is over, they then decide that it is time to re-group after this minor hiccup for a "small" celebration in far away places and start planning for the next "sounds like me ..... looks like me" project. All the subjects around this issue directly turned into "fools" and the playground is now re-open for the next chapter of correct ..... correct ...... correct!

To the eyes of the world, the whole Malaysia is now a sandiwara!

p/s. perhaps some movie/drama producer will turn this into a comedy movie soon.
