He was the rising star in MCA and potential to carry the torch of the party (where some MCA party leaders were a disaster). He had performed admirably as a Minister till the DVDs got into circulation. For such a track record ended by a stupid incident or was it a jinx for Minister of Health portfolio, this makes it more surprising to everyone.
He was an individual with balls holding a high position in the Malaysian Government to come out in public to admit his wrongdoing besides apologising for his misdemanour. If only all other leaders involved with scandals would come forward and admit....... that's what we call jantan not like the pondans hiding behind protected skirts of their FIL but call themselves "jantan". Cisssss..... you think they dare?
Whether there was a conspiracy over the revelation of the DVD and his public admission, it's left to anyone's interpretation and guess. Judging from the "rhymes" in his departure speech, it seems there are more leaders then only him with tainted records which he would not reveal ........ time will tell and let's watch the development.
Datuk Seri Dr Chua, though you were made to pay for your misadventure but the fact that you stood up to admit "I am the one in the sex DVD" gives you honorable respect among all other high position leaders who don't have the guts to come out openly to admit and resign! Gusto!
p/s AAB looks at sea over this new year fireworks affecting his Government and he misquoted Ong Kata Nothing's title as Tan Sri instead of the rightful Datuk Seri and this was over the national spin TVs. Or did I hear wrongly as he had spoken too soft.
