Finally, the reply from Ministry of Education (MOE) came on 15 January 2008 which is 9 days after school re-opened! Had all the parents waited for the letter from MOE, we would end up getting "played out". However, it's an outcome which we had already knew from typical Malaysian Government scenario.
18 December 2007 - Letter signed by Pengarah, Bahagian Sekolah, Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia and faxed across to the State level on X'mas Eve (24 December 2007) which I believe as a X'mas present. (on the left)
04 January 2008 - Letter was prepared and signed by Ketua Sektor Pengurusan Sekolah, Pengarah Pelajaran, Wilayah Persekutuan KL and we assume that he had gone on leave when the X'mas present was delivered.
And finally, the written verdict was sent by post on 14 January 2008 which again we would have thought that either;
(a) the Ketua Sektor was slow in signing since the letter was prepared or
(b) the letter was signed but sent out only on January 14, 2008.

There must be something seriously wrong as the replies took approximately a month to reach the intended anxious parents whom are trying hard to decide where to place their children for 2008 schooling!
