Whole lotta bullshit!

Whole lotta bullshit!

When the speaker of another state can be investigated by police and taken to Court, why not in this case?

Wouldn't the police be interested to investigate who is circulating pornography materials and in this case a public officer in question?

In 2005, the Malaysian Government had embarked on blocking government computers from accessing porn and instituted a 24-hour watch on their unauthorized use by civil servants. Therefore, if the Melaka Dewan Speaker had accessed this in his State Assembly office, was there a breach of conduct?

If the materials are being accessed from his personal computer, then he would still be liable for police investigation and subsequent action as it is illegal to sell or posess pornography in this Islamic country of Malaysia.

What is the purpose of imposing strict pornography laws on general public when "VVIPs" are excluded at will from the ambiguity of the law implemeted?

It re-affirms the general opinion that Malaysian laws and courts are guided by vested interests of ruling political leaders. Don't you think so?

How about this? Swept under the carpet in Malaysia?

This certainly adds another black day in Malaysian history! Malaysia Bolehland!

Leadership by example : abuse office hours

In corporate environment, the employee are paid to perform your given task and responsibility to your best capability and expectations. No different in the Government sector.

If you "curi tulang" or abuse the office hours for reasons other then what your paid for, isn't this tantamounts to indisciplaine at work .......???????

Najib ascent question marked!

They called the former PM, Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi a "flip-flop" with his infamous decisions only to turn around within a short period which provide one of the negative highlights as the leader of Malaysia before he was unceremoniously forced to step-down by his own political party warlords.

UMNO says Keadilan and Pakatan Rakyat are at loggerheads between one another. The general opinion of the Malaysian public is that the magnitude of the UMNO internal conflicts seemed much bigger and played down by reports of "kiss and make up" in the UMNO controlled mass media.

The proven money politics, corruption, numerous police and MACC reports lodged are all "wayang" as no real action had been taken against the offenders e.g. Datuk Seri Ali Rustam, who remains the Chief Minister of Melaka though proven guilty of corruption by the UMNO disciplinary board.

It seems that there was a trade off by UMNO leadership with Ali Rustam on his continuity and a further promise that no troubles from either end which could disrupt Najib's ascending to the leadership of Malaysia.

Tun Dr Mahathir, a strong critic of Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi once before felt his soul is at rest now that the latter had stepped down. Tun Mahathir is no different of a "flip-flop" now that he has decided to rejoin UMNO with his "student" had taken over the reigns of the Malaysian Government.

The difference between the mentor and the student is that the latter brings with him excess baggage which he has yet to prove his innocence. Should Najib fail to proof his innocence to his detractors and Malaysian public (perhaps the world now with Altantuya case still a huge question mark), he remains on trial in the eyes of the world.

I wonder how the world would respect Malaysia when the PM is associated with a high profile murder with international media coverage?

The surpise visit walk, release of ISA detainees, lifting the ban on Harakah and Suara Keadilan is nothing but a showpiece like a political critic said, "seumpama melepaskan burung merpati sebagai simbolik" and had no real true intention of seeing it through for a democratic One Malaysia.

One Malaysia would never be achieved as long as UMNO keeps harping "Ketuanan Melayu" and their leaders kept giving different interpretations of the real meaning while the royalty had called for equality for all in this country regardless of race, religion and culture.

The leopard cannot change it's spot (overnight) and hence, we can expect that the old ways of "toe the line" UMNO will still be there with Najib showing his fangs in the way his mentor had done in his 22 years of leadership.

Well, it is still too early to judge Najib but the best action he could do now to admonish his "excess baggage" through a Royal Commission of Inquiry to clear his name standing in the eyes of the world.

Azeez King Of Rempits!

I would be unperturbed about the "haram" ways UMNO grab power in Perak and now Kedah! What shocks me and probably Malaysians at large are the King Of Mat Rempit, Azeez instigates the "mamats" to go on the streets disturbing the peace and how they have openly declared that UMNO is the law and not the police!!!!

Azeez, the ex-Putera Umno chief, also said that although he was now in the supreme council, he would defend Mat Rempits if they were in trouble.

Azeez told the 200-strong crowd of mostly Malay Malaysian men: "Go ride your motorbikes around town until midnight tonight, and until 5pm tomorrow, not to scare people but to raise their spirits."

Several other local Umno Youth leaders repeated to the youths present: "Follow the law, but if the police give you a hard time just give us a call."

This certainly does not augur well for Najib in his first few days as the Prime Minister of Malaysia. If he supports this, then UMNO and the Malaysian Government have not changed!!!!

Being the President of UMNO and PM of Malaysia, Najib must take immediate steps to condemn such call and no wonder we see much more motorcyclists defying the law on public roads. The public at large are presently worried sick over Mat Rempits and such irresponsible call from UMNO leaders provides added concern for all Malaysians.

Being the supreme leader of UMNO, Najib must be responsible for such uncivilised call from his subordinates and Malaysians at large left to wonder if the "samseng jalanan" attitude would be further supported by the UMNO leadership.

Where are we heading in terms of Malay morality and being civic minded?

With UMNO supporting such acts and able to control the enforcements, UMNO is very close to declaring the public roads theirs!!

For me Azeez's call is sheer stupidity!!!!!
