If I have said it many times and encountered many times, I believe the encounters with "police closing one eye" and the "kampung-nization" of Setiawangsa holds truth with this picture taken from The Star, titled "Don't Look Back" says it all.Apakah penunggang motosikal boleh bermaharajalela di kawasan Setiawangsa?
Please be fair and strict in enforcement of law!
I do hope more pictures like this would surface from the public to force Malaysian police to maintain strict law & order! What better way then to place such pictures online ..... not to embarrass the police force but proof that without strict enforcement, "Mamats" like in the picture can endanger both himself and the other road users.
