truancy

90% of the workforce population all around the world would tell that how they would wish to be in school again when life is so blissful with no worries of earning income.

Back in school, it's the opposite with students where many would prefer to quickly graduate and get into the workforce despite the many warnings from adults go unheeded. They go against the advice and wanting to be a rebel in school by keeping long hair, tucked out shirts etc.

While truancy is an ever present act of school students which does not seem to end.

Standing outside s secondary school in Kuala Lumpur for about 15 minutes before the school ends allowed me to witness truancy among the students of the school.

The one on the motorbike suddenly appeared from somewhere else instead of the school compound before school ends and rode off hastily after noticing he getting caught on camera.

The other was walking in and out of the school compound with gates guarded by a security guard with another person believed to be a teacher of the school reading newspapers in the guardhouse.

While few others were seating outside the school waiting for school to end and joining the rest to head for home.

It would not take long for anyone to understand now as to why Malaysian education standards had dipped so low and now wonder what the future of the country would be!
