it has been many times that I have seen DBKL lorries and vans moving around the city to clean up the illegal banners, posters and signage hung along road signs, lamposts and some pasted on walls.
Everytime a clean-up is made, they re-appeared with a vengeance. It's a wonder as to why if legal actions are purpotedly taken against these "public nuisance", they kept coming back. Is there something which we public don't know?
Public funds are wasted in cleaning up and wouldn't it be good for a review of the local city enforcement unit able to shut down the business of these offenders immediately each time they are caught.
It is sad that a beautiful city of Kuala Lumpur are littered with these unwated posters, banners and signage. Where is the civic consciousness of we Malaysians?
I would not hesitate to call these bunch of people a real "kurang ajar"!
