Pulau Pisang .... continuation

With Pulau Batu Puteh admission of weak representation from Malaysia, new evidence uncovered which will be brought to the ICJ as quoted by Datuk Rais Yatim after the earlier call by the PM for calm following his assurance the Government will not challenge the decision by ICJ.

Pulau Pisang's situation was blatant as the island without doubt seats on Malaysian waters but with Maritime Port Authority of Singapore (MPAS) guarding the island and the lighthouse. Why is there a need for such arrangement? Malaysian Navy or Maritime could not discharge these duties?

Today, Malaysia Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) confirms they are "sharing" the duties and information with other agency which is not named in the news report here but understood to be MPAS. Again the question what right have MPAS to be on the island located on Malaysian waters?

There seems to be a channel for diversion from the main topic into working jointly to curb smuggling as well as sending a patrol ship to guard Malaysia's ownership of that 2 little rocks which formed Middle Rocks. It's pathetic!
