Damn! They have all gone quiet and wodnering what's next. Not forgetting our PM has "dissapeared" for the past few days and wondering what he is up to next with his beloved "First Lady". Perhaps gone to seek Guru-ji's help.

This confirms ths state of confusion Barisan Nasional is this moment!

They have all got their own dilemmas and wondering if the Ministers are actually functioning as Government officials or busy sorting out their mess.

My parents taught me not to call people by such names and much regretted that a learned "lawyer" and representative of an NGO like Mohd Khairul Azam Abdul Aziz uttered such words while even trying to talk about teaching one's children in the interview.

If he was confident of uttering such words, he must definitely be more intelligent which he claims to be and likened to what the Malays say "angkat bakul masuk sendiri (pot calling kettle black)."

It takes a bigger "orang degil, jahat & bodoh (stubborn, bad & stupid)" to identify another. He do have guts to come out in the interview to claim himself all this! Such individuals does not deserve to be a leader and would end up embarassing the country in the eyes of the world.

Now that there are picture evidenced that he wore a pro-ISA t-shirt and was part of the pro-ISA which had planned to demonstrate (very obvious that they could not garner sufficient support), we will wait and see if police would take action against him.

Since Home Minister had said that they the Government would take action against both anti and pro ISA, we will see if the actions speak louder than words. He had also indicated that he was expecting a worse scenario with his statement "not as bad as we had expected.." which clearly indicates that he had also expected the pro-ISA would demonstrate in confrontation.

In the interview, Mohd Khairul touched on many issues pertaining to the August 01, 2009 anti-ISA demonstration;

1. hartabenda awam rosak, he has done a good job doing all the surveys and would be good if he himself produce the list of "hartabenda rosak". If he does not have one, then one wonders what he claims holds truth though I would think that definitely there are but not as bad as potrayed by Mohd Khairul. The "kerosakan" could also be due to the demonstrators running helter skelter fromthe tear gas and chemical laced water. How about "kecederaan rakyat Malaysia" by the police?
2. accusing Anwar Ibrahim (PKR Advisor), Syed Ibrahim (GMI) Lim Kit Siang (DAP Advisor) and Mohamad Hadi Awang (PAS President) as pengganjur ("organizer") and perancang ("orchestrator"). Was he representing the law and had made the necessary investigation? Or merely passing a remark?
3. he claims that the whole world population of 7.3 billion and 27million Malaysians watched the proceedings on CNN and Al-Jazeera. It's a wonder as to how he knows everyone was following the event with great interest and not sleeping or working or seating by the roadside at CM! We have to wait for Mohd Khairul to submit this fact to Guiness Book of World Record for most viewed event which is much larger following than the World Cup!
4. he also claims the Government allows assembly in stadiums, well, that's only after August 01, 2009. Is there any stadium which is large anough to fit the rakyat whom had enough of the present Government?
5. "ISA alasan baik untuk polis tangkap mereka" - he had encouraged the ISA be set upon the 4 persons claimed to be the orchestrator before the event happened and isn't he blatantly proving how wrong the ISA can be used on individuals?
6. "Menteri tak ada kuasa guna ISA" - does he knows what he is talking about?
7. "penyamun dan perompak berpesta semasa polis kawal demonstrasi" - it does not need to wait for this event to happen, even without the event the crime rate has risen and is he trying to tell the police how to manage their resources to safeguard the country. Does he know that the police brought in 400 additional personnel from out of KL to assist on 01 August 2009?
8. he claims that the police had not taken action against him although he was wearing "pro-ISA" which clearly shows the double standard in enforcement. I'm sure if I had worn a "pro-ISA" and shouted anti-ISA slogans, I would still be arrested.
9. he branded anti-ISA demonstrators as "CRIMINALS"!!!! This is shocking! The real criminals are still out there wreaking havoc to the country's wealth and the public's monies for many years and till today actions had not been imposed on these criminals. May we ask WHY and who is the smooth criminal?
   

From this interview, PAS would now know that they have a "duri dalam daging" in their Sg Ramal branch/division. However, we hope PAS does not ask him to quit but this bigger degil, jahat and bodoh member quit himself since Pakatan Rakyat represents maturity and not tow the line individuals as in Barisan Nasional.

UMNO and racial politics

The truth is the racist sentiments in UMNO Malay has widen the unity gap over the last 20 years. Why specifically UMNO? If one were to go to Kelantan, you would see the Chinese, Indian and Malays seating in a chinaman coffeeshop having drinks and chatting.

Generally the Chinese, Indian and Malays in Kuala Lumpur are living happily with the existence of one another here while majority having the same sentiments about daily life. It gets divided when talking about Government policy, ISA, religion and politics when it involves an UMNO supporter who would in a split second changed into a different personality.

It seems that everything that anyone points out to UMNO, it would be regarded as a racial issue;
(a) Nik Aziz can vouch this with his statement,
(b) Teoh Beng Hock's death have now been linked to racial sensitivity,
(c) the teaching of Science and Mathematics have also been linked to racial,
(d) Najib's removal of 30% bumiputra quota is also racial,
(e) ...... and God knows what else.

Pewaris and Magaran supports ISA for Malay rights and DPM agreeing to this. How would 1Malaysia to become a reality if racism is the priority of the day not with majority Malaysians but the UMNO led Government!


Very interestingly, a newspaper reported "Lone pro-ISA man makes it to palace" only for the police to come out blaring "Lone pro-ISA supporter did not hand memorandum to Palace". Whether we called it a news spin or directed by "higher authorities" someone is telling a lie.

Najib himself is now facing a struggle within to uphold Malay rights within UMNO now with a more declining support.

Datuk Hishamuddin Hussein, Malaysian Home Minister says in a TV phone interview with Al Jazeera on 01 August 2009,

“…. not as bad as we had anticipated it to be but unfortunately there were those who exploited the situation for whatever reason in which case the police has to do whatever they had to do ..”

Al-Jazeera : You said it was not as bad as you had expected it to be, why re-act with this kind of force firing tear gas, using water cannons?

“this is the reaction caused by a small group of people and we didn’t know ummmm….the extent which they will go in regards to the street riots which they had planned and we must understand that the Government has made it very clear from the beginning that we are going to repeal the law, the act that we are talking about and there was also another group of protesters that were in support of the ISA. The position of the police and the position of the Government is to ensure that nothing untoward happen with intention from certain group which want to exploit the situation especially the opposition political reason.”

Al-Jazeera : Minister, if there was also a rally in support of the ISA, Internal Security Act, was that illegal too or you allowed it to go ahead?

“No, I made it very clear that as far as those who are for and against, as the Government is reviewing the Act, (sigh) there is no necessity to actually have a gathering of this nature.”

Al-Jazeera : Mr Minister, do you think this Act is unfair as you are reviewing it, do you think it’s unfair as it does give you the authority, the chance to lock up those simply disagree with you?

“No, we are not using the Act to lock them up, I mean there are other laws which we are using to charge or detain those that are involved or what happened today. Now that is the very reason we feel that the acts need to be reviewed.”

Would UMNO Malays change and be competitive in the actual world instead of them staying in their realist world? It would take some 20 years if the change were to happen unless the 13th General Election decides otherwise.

Malaysians are now seeing Najib's administration is a much clearer picture post 100 days.

The death of a witness cannot be RIP!

The long interrogation (8 hours) and odd hours (5:15pm - 3:45am) on a witness seemed devilish wrong!

The sudden death of the witness makes it even much worse and calls for condemnation at the highest possible manner. Justice for the death must be sought may it even be if it involves VIP. But in the land where the wrong is right and right is wrong, welcome to Malaysia Bolehland!

The 2 lies that stood like a sore thumb by Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC);

1. MACC director of investigations Datuk Mohd Shukri Abdul claims there are
no cctv installed in the MACC office.

(a) would anyone believe that a Government office especially those handling "explosive"
investigations like MACC without a CCTV? Even the candlelight vigils are being recorded and
used to charge against the participants!

(b) 3 days later police confiscated the CCTV and view the recordings
only to release information that Teoh Beng Hock (TBH) did not leave
the building at all!

2. Datuk Mohd Shukri Abdul says TBH were free to go at 3:45am but opted to
rest in the waiting room and subsequently said that the victim committed
suicide;

(a) TBH was spotted by another witness Tan at approximately 6am at the
pantry in a sombre mood.

(b) why was all his belongings like mobile phone, bag and etc. still
in the custody of MACC officers if he was released at the time
claimed by the MACC and recovered by the investigating police team
3 days later?

(c) would TBH tear the back of his pants and commit suicide?

(d) was there force by 2 or more individuals causing TBH's fall from
the 14th floor where the MACC office is, as the broken window
latch is found near TBH's body?

Was Datuk Mohd Shukri Abdul really the MACC Selangor Chief or was he asked to stand-in by someone from the "higher authority"?

The biggest clown here was obviously Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz who issued a press statement instantaneously disclaiming MACC from liability on the death of TBH even before the police investigations got underway. Doesn't this sound fishy and the start for damage control?

To protect the credibility of the public institution and present Government, the controlled media came out blazing accusations that the Opposition "politicizing" the issue while stirring up the "racial" sentiment as the UMNO led Government had always done in tight situations.

1. This is not politicizing especially with the fact that the call for a
Royal Commission of Inquiry was made by NGOs, fellow component parties of
the Barisan Nasional and more importantly the general public at large
representing the various race, religion and occupation. In the sudden
death of TBH, the Pakatan Rakyat parties and Malaysians unite.

2. If viewed from the attendance at the protest in Plaza Masalam on the day
following TBH's death, the crowd was well represented by various races
which are totally shocked and aghast at how a witness can end up dead. It
was a sure angry crowd claiming justice for TBH and no
cover ups from the Government.

3. This was very much a case of those "little Napoleons" in those public
institutions inability to differentiate between performing to their best
ability in upholding the truth and integrity against taking blind
instructions to satisfy their paymasters who may have other motive in
mind. It's time for the Officers in the Government sector to stand up for
the truth and not to adhere to "devilish intended" instructions from the
higher levels which in any religion, God loves individuals more for
holding to the truth!

4. It's now a situation of "harapkan
pagar, pagar makan padi" with MACC! Is the Commission really
independent? From the Malaysian public perspective, it is definitely a
big NO but seen much more as a political vehicle judging from the
intensity of the investigation between a possible misuse of funds
amounting RM2,400 and the RM23mil "palace" of Khir Toyo or the PKFZ.

5. The Government controlled mass media attempt at spinning and deflecting
the whole issue again took a massive blow by trying to stir the racial
sentiments. Again, it clearly reflects themselves as the prime mover in
stoking the racial cards are the UMNO led Government. Is this the formula
for 1Malaysia? It has already been said that the ciplak 1Malaysia concept is headed for failure
and this incident will drive it lower.

So we Malaysians really wonder where we are heading under Najib after 100 days in office where he has yet to answer the claims against his involvement in the Mongolian beauty murder while Rosmah Mansor (aka First Lady), her part in the murder and the disowning of her own siblings.

Will the 65% for Najib deteriorate next? Will this event be the final nail in BN's coffin for the next General Election? Seemed likely though unless something drastic happens and with the huge funds available by BN, anything is possible to "buy"!

How long more do we Malaysians have to listen and continue to tolerate all this SHIT?

We law abiding citizens of Malaysia love this country but someone up there is screwing this country!
