Pocketbuster or Blockbuster?

The picture of a "Transformer" robot was enough to raise my curiousity over the Blockbuster promotion by TM recently which prompted me to make my way to a TM Service Centre to enquire on the possibility of upgrading the Streamyx in my home.

The trip was not only enlightening on the what and how of the promotions but rather shocking!

Why?

The price difference between the in-shop laminated promotion brochure as compared against the advertisements in the media and brochures printed by TM.
Why is this?

Just sorry? Can 1Malaysia be achieved?

It's so easy to say sorry and hope it's forgotten!

Had they not thought about what "to speak" and "not to speak"?

Aren't they mature enough to think?

It had happened on numerous occassions and again repeated,
are they stupid or plain ignorant?

Can they learn from here and not repeat?

God knows. They pray that God and the offended parties
will forgive them.

That yearly trip to Haj for Allah's forgiveness on the mistakes and
sins yet again is conveniently forgotten
once they stepped onto the Malaysian soil as
they repeat the sins.

Despite reminders, repeated incidences, calls for tolerance and
respect the sensitivity of others ....
again they stumble on PM's 1Malaysia.

Will 1Malaysia come to realization?

With fools like this I doubt!!!

Social Awareness

We sometimes take matters lightly and many people just do not bother about the safety or convenience of others except theirs. This is simply selfish mindset and only a self change can make the society and country a better place to live besides everyone enjoy the facilities without much stress.

The pictures below tells the story of a need for social awareness!

Parking on the roadside kerb or walkways is simply causing inconvenience to pedestrians. With a slight portion of the car jutting onto the main road further causes traffic jam. No excuses for this driver but simply an act of self centred!

Notice that the drains are not properly covered by the local authorities and question remains " What if someone becomes a victim to this shoddy temporary wooden covers?"

The bus stops have been upgraded and metal beam chairs are installed to withstand the rain and shine climate of Malaysia. The seats now have a different purpose when it rains as these youths stood "tall" on the beams perhaps trying to avoid their branded shoes from getting wet!

What about the other commuters who wants the seat later?

Who gets rape?

Being referred as the "BIG CORRUPT LADY" is a rape of character!

Would having a MCA entourage traveling along to various states on tourism funds on political or party purposes not considered corrupt?

It's more like rape of Malaysians!
